Planned collection went super smoothly, from text/email contact regarding collection date and time to the collection team even bringing a box to package my tv up in. Collection team really friendly, arrived ahead of time and quickly packed and removed tv. Very happy with service provided.
Website for booking delivery date doesn’t work. Link doesn’t work. Can’t call them. Costco can’t call them. It says if not choose date then they’ll select. No good if not in! Large delivery and someone may not be in now. Rubbish. Wishing I hadn’t ordered now. Stressful! Whoever heard of a delivery firm that doesn’t take calls?!
