Lovely guys delivered my Lifetime Shed. I was the last delivery of the day on Monday 11th August 2025. They must have been exhausted, but were still cheerful, kept me fully updated about delivery, and brought all 3 huge and heavy boxes in to my garden for me. I am more than happy with their work ethic and their professionalism, and very hard graft. Thank you very much Sam Wolf the driver and didn't catch the other chaps name. I would definitely recommend them. Nothing was too much trouble
Ordered a massive sofa on a Monday and it was delivered the following Friday, not only that but the two delivery men unpacked everything, they assembled it all and took away all the packaging, had exactly the same experience when I ordered another piece to add to the sofa, if only all delivery companies were like this 🥰
I was kept informed at every stage of when my delivery would be given an appropriate time of delivery when it was closer to delivery time i was contacted again approximately 15 minutes before delivery. Men who delivered were polite and friendly. Well done everyone involved
I had never heard of Kineticlogistics before and, I guess, in my mind, wrongly, assumed delivery standards would fit in with the 'hit and miss' services from many delivery companies these days. Great communications from the time I was informed they would be handling my delivery, to being informed of the day and time slot. On delivery day I received confirmation of time slot and was kept updated on journey progress. The two deliverymen were extremely friendly and even had a little time to chat and placed the large, heavy item just where I asked them to. The item, despite it's size and weight (it was a gazebo) was handled so well. I don't recall seeing any damage to the packaging anywhere. In the future if I learned that this company was handling my delivery I would be very confident that said item would arrive on time and undamaged. Thank you.
Planned collection went super smoothly, from text/email contact regarding collection date and time to the collection team even bringing a box to package my tv up in. Collection team really friendly, arrived ahead of time and quickly packed and removed tv. Very happy with service provided.
