Ordered wardrobe doors from B&Q 2 weeks ago, they sent me a message the following Tuesday to choose a day, I chose Today and had to take the day off work, I got a confirmation email last night to say they would be delivered between 2pm-5pm, I then receive a message today to say there was a mistake and they won’t be being delivered today and they will be in touch with another date.
Ordered a TV from Costco, received an email from Kinetic asking us to choose a delivery date all self explanatory. We were kept informed on the day of delivery giving us an approximate delivery time, we had a telephone call from the delivery guys saying that they were 30 mins away. The two delivery guys were great, helpful, funny and had a good sense of humour as it was absolutely pooring down of rain.Would definitely use again.
Before delivering a TV set I bought online from Costco, Kinetic Logistics would require my input to select a delivery date which was 10 days from my purchase. Having waited for 10 days, the delivery guy just presented me with a blank screen on his smart phone to put a signature on. I asked him what I was signing for but he refused to explain and just said "I am in a hurry; no signature no TV". So he just took the TV away. Very disappointing.
From first message was kept upto date with availability of time slots Got a phone call two days before saying could be delivered earlier if convent which was welcomed Brilliant service and guys loaded in the car as was being dropped to parents house so got her present early Many thanks been a pleasure
