Genuinely the best delivery experience I’ve had for years. Lots of emails and texts to keep me updated on the status of the delivery, I was offered a slot 3 days away (which for a sofa is great) and then given a 3 hour window to make it easy to plan my day. Text from the driver to say he was 10 mins away and then the actual delivery was fab! They removed all the boxes and wrapping and took them away, put it in my house, connected it to check the electrics worked and showed me how to use it. Really friendly delivery guys (during a heatwave too!). Blown away to be honest.
