Clear about delivery time but the attitude of the staff delivering was disgusting. Got the wrong block of flats which was fine. Wheeled the package across grass. When called I said I was on the 2nd floor (website said delivers to this height but higher would have to arrange to get someone to get it from bottom of stairs. When I said this he muttered and then said profanities that I had asked him to take the package up the stairs. (I just suffered a knee injury at work and cant carry any weight. He then carried it up not taking care of the package and was rude outside my front door. First time using this delivery company and it has put me off ordering anything that they would deliver
I smile when I receive notification that Kinetic are going to be delivering. Soon after placing my order I received notificatIon that Kinetic were delivering and I was able to select a convenient day for delivery, that day came and I received an email and text to advise me of my delivery time slot. As our house is a bit difficult to find I received a call from the lovely Lewis asking for directions. On arrival Lewis was very polite and friendly and offered to put the delivery in which ever room I wanted. Why oh why can’t all delivery people and companies be like Kinetic? Huge huge thanks.
