I ordered an electric recliner from Costco. It was delivered exactly when I was informed it would be, Two very pleasant men brought it in to house in sections and they then built the chair, checked it worked and ensured I was happy with the condition of it. They were friendly and chatted. 10/10 for excellent delivery
Absolute shambles from Kinetic logistics, original delivery date did not suit. Next date was 8 days later. I had confirmed delivery with them, yet they never shipped the product and claimed no confirmation was given, even although I had an email stating “thanks for confirming”. Never ever again
Kinetic Logistics provides an excellent services starting from the delivery scheduling to the progress notification which closely keep me informed by email & SMS. I also received a polite message from the driver 20 mins before the delivery, he is professional and polite. Highly recommend their great service!
Ordered a set of four large sliding mirror doors from B&Q, received a series of messages from Kinetic saying they would be delivering, finally proposing a date and time, which I was asked to either accept or ask to reschedule before 7am that day. Ironically the e-mail was received at 9.50, but I accepted anyway.On the day, the driver phoned 25 minutes before he arrived, as promised, and he turned up bang on time. Mark, a very amiable chap from Chesterfield, carefully unloaded, then took a few photos to prove he'd been! Overall a very satisfactory, stress-free experience.
