The delivery was for a 6 foot garden table packaged from Costco. We received communications from Costco and Kineticlogistics throughout the order and delivery process. Times were given and kept to as best. The chaps delivering the table were kind enough to take the table around the back of the house for us. The package was delivered in tact and in excellent condition. Very happy with the service provided.
Excellent service, the company and team kept me up to date with anticipated delivery date and time and contacted me when they were leaving their previous delivery . The delivery team were courteous and delivered into our house exactly where required.
First of all I would love to leave a 5 * report on the driver called Jordon so polite clean helpful nothing was a rush where things can get broken as I am disabled he even helped my husband to put the swimming pool on our trolley Also his van was clean inside and out makes a welcomed change I gave him some cans of cold drinks has today is hotter then ever he tried to pay me for them I said no you have earned them in this heat thank you so much Jordon I hope he get a good appraisal he deserves one A*****************
Was kept informed from start to finish of delivery. Item was delivered on the day and time stated. Absolutely no damage and Fred the delivery driver placed large box inside for me. 5 stars from me and its a pity other companies are not as reliable as this firm.
