We got regular updates in the days leading up to our delivery and got to pick a day to suit us. On the day we had messages and a link to a real time map giving us an up to date ETA. The package arrived in the delivery window in good condition and was delivered by a really helpful and pleasant driver Chris.
Just had our new sofa delivered by Kinetic Logistics. Steve O’Connor and Billy carried the sofa down the drive Took great care brining it into the house. Unpacked it and assembled it. Bought a tv on line from Costco and Kinetic Logistics were commissioned to deliver it. Had lots of e mails and txts before delivery advising updates. Got a txt on the day advising delivery window with personal txt from driver 20 mins before delivery. I was impressed how the tv was secured in the van .
