Ordered a set of wardrobe sliding doors, Wickes said about 14 days for delivery.The order arrived on day 12 kinetic logistics said between 11 and 2pm. The driver sent a message at 10.40 to say he would be here in 20 minutes which he was. He was very friendly, polite and very helpful, and even took the doors upstairs. This was a very good experience from start to finish and I am really happy to give 5 stars. Well done Wickes and Kineticlogistics and thank you.
The team was exceptional delivering and assembling my new sofa. 👌🏻 They were kind, respectful and tidied up all rubbish. I am only giving 4 stars due to arranging delivery time, it came a week earlier than requested but at least good comms on the day from the driver. 😆
Communication was excellent. Informed of delivery date and slot time, accepted, had a reminder the day before and a text message to say they were 10 mins away as last delivery was close by. Luke and partner were polite and helpful and listened to what we asked
