Bought a tv on line from Costco and Kinetic Logistics were commissioned to deliver it. Had lots of e mails and txts before delivery advising updates. Got a txt on the day advising delivery window with personal txt from driver 20 mins before delivery. I was impressed how the tv was secured in the van .
Excellent communication, informed at all stages from ordering till delivery by email and text.Tony our delivery driver messaged after his last delivery before ours to give us an accurate ETA, and on arrival knocked to ask us if we had any specific instructions as to where we would like the item unloaded and how we would like it left.We were very impressed with the whole experience.Many Thanks
Very impressed with the comms, punctuality and especially the two gents that carried in, unpacked and assembled our new sofa! They couldn’t do more honestly. Very pleasantly surprised. A credit to their company and Costco ( who they were delivering for on this occasion )
