No longer buying from Costco after repeat experience with Kinetic Logitics.

Get a text at 2pm saying confirm delivery date (in 2 days) by 7am next morning or lose your slot. How are most people supposed to arrange the day off work by 5pm that day?Quoted delivery date is 10 working days after purchase when Costco says 5.After taking the day off work on delivery day, get updated that delivery failed due to 'customer not in' - despite sitting waiting for it.Dont bother trying to phone the number on their website - its no longer in service! So cant even contact.

Multiple Failures across multiple dates

Delivery arranged for Friday between 1100-1400 hours. Stayed in all day because message said the time was guideline, not definite. No show and no notification all day. Delivery had not been arranged for Saturday but they called to say they would be there in 20 minutes when we were 200 miles away for the weekend. Text us to confirm would arrive Monday , stayed in all day but no show and no call again. Couldn’t contact by phone, the person who sent text didn’t acknowledge query. Contacted them via email and explained story and they replied no delivery arrangement had ever been made. Forwarded them back their own notification email and provided full summary. They emailed us a delivery calendar which was supposed to have delivery options in green to nominate. There were none in the next month. In summary we have paid hundreds of pounds for a Costco product we are supposed to get in 5 days but as of now won’t get for 5 weeks with no means of contacting anyone by phone, texts and emails being ignored. Will have to see whether we can get back our money from Costco or wait for Lord Lucan to show up. Worked in Logistics all my life and never encountered such a duplicitous shambles. Fancy claiming they hadn’t arranged when we have 2 written evidences they have. Nothing worse than calling a truthful genuinely frustrated customers integrity into question.

Couldn't be faulted

They did everything that they said they would do. Offered a delivery date with a three hour time slot. Once accepted, they kept me informed and I duly received a call from the driver on the day confirming when he would arrive. He arrived promptly, and as an added bonus, at the start time time of the three hour slot, so no waste of time having to wait until potentially three hours later. Driver was polite and professional.

This company was professional from the start. I received a link with suggested delivery date and a request to confirm whether this was convenient for me. When I confirmed it was I received a time slot and named delivery drivers. I received a phone call on the day confirming a more accurate time slot and the product was delivered on time. Superb personal service, well done.
