Delivery of a large box with an office desk was received on time as per prior communications, and from a most courteous and helpful driver.Driver helped by offloading box from his vehicle and trolleying it around to and through the back of house into my office.
I was given a guide time, they phone 20 mins ahead of that. Turned up on time, and Kinetic's guys were friendly, efficient, and helpful with unloading.I've nothing to be disappointed about, and can't really envisage any ways in which the service provided could be improved upon. Full marks.
I ordered a bookcase which was supposed to be delivered within 10 working days. It wasn’t delivered and the company I bought it from said Kinetic Logistics hadn’t collected it from them. I cancelled the order but then received an email asking me to choose a delivery date from some random dates in the future. I replied advising them I had cancelled the order. Then they sent another email to which I replied again saying the order was cancelled. Next I get an email with a delivery date. I tried to phone them on their advertised number only to find they no longer have this number. I have emailed them a third time telling them I will not accept delivery.
