I have been trying for 10 hrs to get a tracking number. I am told they are working on an upgrade and we all know this is a lie. They are having major computer problems ,when I ask Ann to speak to she told me there was NO supervisor is not there and when I told her there had to be supervisor there ,then I was told they were not aviliable. Then I was told by Ann that they would call back when the computer are back up. Please I would love to be able to talk with a someone beside a order placer. Thanks Mrs Bill Roe

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Delay

I ordered three items from the platform and paid for shipping, expecting delivery within four days. It has now been ten days. When I contacted the support team, the representative simply apologized. If your order is significantly delayed, don't anticipate much more than an apology!

Frustrating Delay in Refund

I returned 3 items on 12/18/2025, and as of today, 01/10/2026, I'm still waiting for my refund. I was informed through chat that the items are still in transit, which is unbelievable. I'm finished with this service.

Disappointing quality and questionable practices.

Like many others have pointed out, the clothing is not worth the high prices. Additionally, they employ dubious tactics. With every purchase, you are automatically signed up for their 'rewards' program, benefiting them while leaving you at a disadvantage.

Unacceptable service and extra charges

I ordered a pair of pants with alterations, but after three weeks, they arrived without any changes. I was initially quoted a total of 68.13, but customer service informed me that the alterations weren't included, and the 48-dollar pants had a 16.29 shipping fee. If I return them, I face additional shipping charges. A total scam. I advise against purchasing from this company given their poor reviews.

Sizing issues and poor quality

The items I received were never the correct sizes! I’m unsure where they source their products, but the sizing is inconsistent. I can't return the item since I washed it before he wore it. Returning it would cost me almost half the item's price. The 2XLT size seems to fit an extremely large person. I'm very disappointed and should have anticipated this.

Frustrating first experience

I was a first-time member trying to place an order. I kept receiving a message stating my bag was empty, despite having just ordered. After multiple attempts, I called customer service. They were unhelpful, and my order was still incorrect. I had to call again, only to find out my shipping address was wrong. Now, I have to wait for the item and travel over two hours to deliver it. At 83, I've never faced such incompetence. Avoid this company.

I spent an hour on emails and two hours on the phone trying to ask if I could pay extra for faster shipping on a jacket. Six representatives couldn’t give me an answer. Finally, the seventh one provided the information quickly. This experience highlights a significant language barrier among the staff. Be cautious before spending money here, especially since they charge a 10% restocking fee for returns.
