Scam for sure.I watched the video which claimed the air purifiers were invented by Dave, an hvac company employee in America and he started making them, He used NASA technology and builds them in America. The ad claimed if you want to return the items just request a refund and they will send you the refund and you keep the items for free. I ordered the special offer of $75 for the 3 pack and used PayPal. Then another page popped up with another offer…there was no way to decline nor to finish so I hit return to first page…just the original page. I was trapped and couldn’t get out so I just turned off the phone.I called the Kirk phone number and the guy said order shipped. He said take a picture of items when they arrive and send to him then he will give instructions for return. I agreed to do that but forgot that video said they were free to keep when I requested return.Then I checked my bank and Kirk had charged me for 4 different items…shipping, 2 X original 3-pack purifiers and some other item I still don’t know what it is, for a total of $275.I am hot now. Started researching Kiro Brands and they need to be arrested along with Meta for allowing Kiro to advertise on YouTube. I know the Government just started investigation of Meta for making billions off of this type of business practices.So, watch yourself and don’t open or respond to any advertisements on YouTube.
This is a scam. You think you are paying one price and you end up getting charged more. If you try to cancel immediately they claim your order is already processed so it can't be stopped. Then they tell you when you receive the item to return it for a refund. It's a scam.
I ordered one pair but was sent 2 the day I ordered them they charged my card 29.99 then charged my card right after that 34.99. The glasses are horrible checked my account today to find that they charged my card again for 24.99. I will be reporting this company for fraud because the only charged I authorized was 29.99 for one pair of these HORRIBLE CHEAPLY MADE GLASSES!!!
I made the mistake of a late night purchase. When I got the confirmation from the company, 30 minutes later, I immediately emailed and said I wanted to cancel the order, partly because I decided I didn't want the item, but also because the added another item I did not purchase ($79)!! Received a email from them this morning saying they could not cancel at this time because they had already processed the purchase. The payment hasn't even processed yet!!! I will definitely discourage ANYONE from doing business with this company!!!
The advertisement shows quality eyeglasses, what I received was a cheap pair if plastic frame with lens that didn't adjust for reading. I contacted support, they gave me a return address in China which exceeded the gost of the glasses. I will donate them in hopes that it will help someone else.
I ordered 1 pair of glasses received 4 that I was charged for they didn't work what so ever .Could not return because the cost for shipping was more than I paid for the glasses and they would not send me a prepaid shipping label.
They are a fraudulent company, that absolutely rip you off, I ordered a 24.95 item and I was charged $175.00 I immediately tried to cancel and the sent to my mailbox 6 hrs later that it cannot be canceled because it has already been shipped, now a week later it still hasn't been shipped and I tried to call support and it is a fraudulent line with no one to talk to.
