If I could rate these scum a -5, I would. They are scam artists and everything they say is a lie. Their reviews on their web site are all made up it seems and are untrue. I should have checked Trust pilot before falling for their scam. Even if they say they will refund your money they won't. Now, I have to get in involved with the credit card company and the Feds. They are CHINESE and they are typical lying crap. So, be aware not to deal with them and be aware to make sure that you are not buying crap from someone who is dealing with them. The company I dealt with was supposed to be from Chicago, It turns out they were just a front for another company who was a distributor for Kiro Brand. They offered a 90 day warranty to return if you weren't satisfied. They did not honor it.
The same thing happened with me I ordered 1 pair of self adjusting glasses @£19.99 and ended up with 6 pair and charged £137.00 I tried to cancel before shipping but was told once ordered they can't change as already being dispatched, when they came they were just reading glasses with no magic effect email after email and just getting the runaround I sent them back at a cost of £16 postage, tracked to China 2 weeks ago and still in customs the last I heard, but I have PayPal on my case and making progress, Don't BUY
Like all these reviews I wish I had come here first. Useless 3.0 glasses sent, not adapting, not light sensitive. Like others I was told to return to warehouse in China at my expense. Offered partial 40% refund to keep. I said I would accept 50%. They agreed, now three weeks later they said I can't get a partial refund after all because of an update. I am so annoyed with myself for falling for this scam.
Cancelled my order withing minutes!! they added over £100.00 of items that I didn't order and now I cannot get a refund without shipping the goods back.They initially offered me 40% refund and then revoked it weeks later. This company break every trade law known to man - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Very bad customer service and product. Their product is not what it says it is and it is out of China. So if you have to send something back you have to send it to China and you have to pay for it. And then they tell you to say it's worth a lot less than what it really was worth. I don't know why then they offered me a partial refund if I didn't want to send it back to China and I never got my refund and they said it was because we don't do that anymore then why did they offer it to me? Very very bad experience
The worst ever scam company who have already conned you from the outset! No refund unless you "pay postage from UK to China" which will not cost them anything! Then they offer only a 40% refund if you don't return the eyeglasses which were "not fit for purpose" as they can't do long distance at all! Totally useless and made of cheap plastic material which you would not even get at Poundland for one pound!!! AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY AT ALL TIMES and get a refund from your bank/credit card company
