Totally scam for the 'rapid' phone charger. The item I received was not what had been advertised and was just another charger in a box that said "Travel Charger." It was certainly nothing special and eventually charged my phone SLOWER than my Walmart-bought unit. Adding to the insult: The day after I placed the order, an email notice said it had shipped. NOT. It sat 'somewhere' for a week before moving into the delivery system. I have had a similar experience with two other orders that, interestingly, used the same shipper... Lesson learned a little slowly; I will NEVER again purchase anything online unless it is from a trusted source in the USA, Canada, or Mexico.
When I sent them an email saying that I had added something extra that I didn't really want by accident they responded in 3 seconds, but now that I've received my product and want to return and get my refund bc these glasses are not what they claim they are, I have sent three emails and i have not got a response yet. do not buy from these people they are scam artists. I want to know how we can hold these people accountable for their actions. They're scamming people left and right on Facebook with all these cheap products that they claim are way better than they are and then they won't respond when you send them an email wanting a refund. Something has to be done, I don't know why Facebook allows this.
This company is a scam. Theor glasses dont work. Don't purchase anything from them. They claim their return policy is full refund with no questions asked. However, you have to pay shipping and then send them to China and there's no guarantee of a full refund. I didn't even want to give them 1 star they don't even deserve 1 star.
Beware of extra items added to your final credit or debit card payment when you attempt to order ANYTHING from this company. This happened to me when I attempted to order ONE single item, then when I checked my bank account the next morning, I saw THREE separate items charged with THREE different dollar amounts for each charge, none of which matched the advertised price shown for the ONE item I had attempted to order. Of course, the "customer service" number contained only a recorded voice, and I NEVER was able to talk to an actual person. I fully intend to return ANYTHING I receive from this company - if ACTUALLY received - back to them because of this. DO NOT MAKE ANY ORDERS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.
This is a major scam company do not buy any products from them, their ads are flashy and convincing, what you get is nothing like they advertise and when you want a refund they insist you send the product back to China which cost you more then your original purchase.
This company is a scam. Their glasses are ordinary readers sold at an exorbitant price, and they have a pattern of adding additional charges on to your order without authorization. If you try to cancel the same day, they tell you to wait for delivery and return the merchandise for a refund. They will then delay, dispute, and deny a refund conditioned upon returning the merchandise to a number of different addresses, including one in China. I have had to elevate my dispute to PayPal to get my money back. I would never do business with Kiro Brands again.
