Charged for extra items

I ordered one pair of glasses but received two, and was charged $29.99 for the first pair and $34.99 immediately after. The quality of the glasses is terrible, and I later found another charge of $24.99 on my account. I will report this company for fraud since the only charge I agreed to was $29.99 for one pair of these poorly made glasses!

Defective products and poor customer service

I ordered two lighter torches, but neither worked when they arrived. Communication is only via email, and I was instructed to return the defective items to overseas, which costs more than the refund. When I questioned why I had to pay for returning their faulty product, I was told that it’s their policy. They did express their apologies, but I still recommend avoiding this company.

Ordering issues and no response!

I intended to order one of the small robot dogs, and was directed to pay through my account for that single item. However, when I returned to confirm my purchase, I was shown other items that I declined by clicking NO. Unfortunately, clicking NO still charged those items to my account. I've tried to reach out to the company via phone and email, but received no response. This company needs to be exposed!

Regret giving this company my money

You'll regret spending any money with this company. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it, but they told me it was too late. They also added a subscription service that I was unaware of, and if I hadn't checked my bank statement, I wouldn't have known I was being charged for it. There’s no information about it anywhere, and it wasn’t mentioned during checkout. It feels very shady. Please don't share your number with them.

Gifts turned into a billing nightmare

I ordered four small dogs as Christmas gifts for kids. I tried to refuse additional items twice, yet they still added one to my order. I contacted my bank for help. I will never order from this company again and will warn everyone I know about their fraudulent practices. I will also report them to the appropriate authorities!

They charged me for an item I never ordered. I managed to get a refund through my payment service, but then they enrolled me in a monthly charge for a product I never agreed to. This company is dishonest! Avoid making any purchases with them!

This company is a SCAM

This is a SCAM company that sells low-quality products. They seem to sell everything currently advertised online. I lost $104 to them, and I partially blame my payment service for allowing it. I won’t be buying anything online or using that payment service again. Shopping online has become risky, and it feels like a scam!

I was charged for a package deal that I explicitly declined and ended up being billed for multiple phone chargers. This is a complete scam, and platforms should not allow these misleading products.

Misleading advertising and poor product quality

I saw the plasma lighter advertised and fell for it. Upon receiving the receipt, I noticed I was also charged for a mystery box I never authorized. Fortunately, they refunded that without issue. However, the lighter I received was not as advertised—there’s no USB port for charging. The only port is for refilling with butane, and to return it for a refund, I have to send it back overseas, which would cost significantly more than the item itself.
