Review Time
This company is a SCAM...they promote their product as having special features, but it is overpriced and what arrives is a cheap off-brand item from overseas without any documentation or operating instructions. Definitely NOT as advertised! The same product can be found for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. It seems like another scam, and the contact number is untraceable.
I actually won't even give your company a quarter of a star! Gave it 1 just so it would allow me write this review! You are the biggest fraud and scammers ever! Cheap plastic pieces of shit that do not work as advertised or even at all! Better quality with glasses from the dollar store! It will cost me almost $100.00 U.S. dollars to return them now. I will be telling everyone I know to never even consider your company and I hope you go bankrupt!
After giving a terrible review on the magic glasses, I received notice this morning that Kiro was giving me a full refund on my purchase. I had emailed them that I was totally dissatisfied with their product and would write a scathing review. I want to give them credit for doing the right thing and refunding my money.
The first time I tried to by the Blazara electric lighter it took me to a website that sold me a cheap version that looked like the Blazara but it was a butane version I didn't realize it till I reseve it in the mail and now they just wanted to give me a refund instead of sending me the original Blazara I will never order from Kiro company
I seen an advertisement on YouTube for an All electric lighters that were state of the arts, No gas!!! NO butane!!!No way should have known all BS on top of BS should have listened to my instincts but unfortunately I ordered three of them using pay-pal 🤬! Waited three weeks a when they got here they were NONE of what was advertised just another butane lighter !! Completely a fraud !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! An it gets worse then I try to get pay pal to do something , but then I do a search and from what I have found pay-pal has been siding with Kirobrands simply because they have a tracking number and it was delivered?? This is a fraud and is illegal!!! I don’t understand why after time a time again Pay-Pal or any card company would continue to allow these transactions to process!!!SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HEADACHE!!TO GOOD TO BE TRUE !!! IT IS!!!!
I wish you had a rating of zero stars, because that is what I would really rate this rip-off company. I tried to order 3 phone chargers. At the checkout, they asked 2x if I wanted to add other things for additional charges. I replied NO both times. They added $24.99 for one of those items anyway. I called PayPal immediately to report this fraud. Next I will report it to the Federal Trade Commission, etc. They should be shut down, and prohibited from selling anything in the USA or anywhere else!
