SCAMThis company sells inferior products. Do not be fooled by their advertising, which is good enough to lure you into buying. It takes forever to be delivered, which is your first clue, the company is based in China, but that's not published anywhere. Had I known, I would not have purchased. As for customer service, I don't have anything bad to say about them. The person I dealt with was professional and did refund my money, but only if the customer pays the return postage, and that's not cheap.

No rating at all. Do not order glasses from this company. Wish I read reviews before ordering. For $39.99 you get dollar store glasses, and the magnification was No. 2. What they advertise is not what you get. Plus if not satisfied you have to send back to China which costs around $25.
Company added $117 worth of extra charges I did not order. I cancelled the order in 7 minutes and they said it was too late. I filed a dispute with my cc company and hopefully they will resolve it. I also reported the site with Meta. Its a shame... i really know better. Don't ever order off facebook ads!!
Same problem as every other review as noted. Ordered 1 pair of self-adjusting wa charged for four and received the glasses today. They are just CHEAP ( less tha cheaper) readers that do not adjust… what a crock!! I see one of their addresses is in Los Angeles, zip code 90045, just down the street from where I went to college LMU). I look forward to visiting them in the next few weeks.
