Review Time
I was sent the wrong item in a 2 part order and was obviously distraught and left a less then desirable review but Sam from customer service was on the scene within an hour and told me not only will he dispatch the item for free but he told me I could keep the other item too. To say I was satisfied was an understatement. Sam was well spoken, kind and understanding. Without a doubt he's fantastic at his job and deserves a raise. Thank you Sam and team.
Don’t normally leave reviews, but after reading all the bad ones I thought I’d share my experience. I purchased a top on Sunday, got an email Monday saying it had been dispatched, then an email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered Wednesday, which is was, nice top too, delivered very quickly👍🏻
Girl this shop had me on the floor. Good price, good packaging and extremely fast delivery? Like damn, said it would arrived between 9th-19th of may when I ordered on the 5th. Turns up at my door on the 7th! I was nervous it wouldn’t arrive on time for the birthday girl I was gonna give it to after reading other reviews but y’all be tripping.
Beware when ordering trading cards. Although you think you can order a numbered megatin you can’t they are picked at random. Also my final order although it arrived in a white sealed Jiffy bag which was inside a sealed grey bag, the booster tin I ordered was empty. However customer services were spot on and sent a replacement. I won’t order again so I don’t have to go through this again .
They did not deliver my product and sent me emails telling me it’s still being shipped, then told me it’s my fault as I hadn’t contacted them within 45 days of a package not being delivered. Absolute joke customer service. Do yourself a massive favour and don’t buy from them!
had a very rude english gentleman, basically hang up on me after he kept on evading my question. "when will you send item once I have ordered?" Finally got an answer to say"We will send the day you order." I said "thankyou, thats the main question I wanted answered."he then said, "Look I dont think we want to sell to you because no matter what we do I don't think you will be happy"Now I can understand he may get difficult customers, but I sure wasn't, just didn't want to get burnt. I just had a bad experience where the clothing company online didn't send my product after ordering and was hoping to replicate the clothing from kitbag.Most disappointing.
