Customer services is so bad

Customer services is so bad! My order was lost by Evri but Kitsch ignored my request for a refund and ask me to chase Evri myself. After numerous emails and threats of leaving a bad review they have finally refunded. Stay clear of this company.

Good products but invasive spamming…

Good products but invasive spamming marketing and very bad customer support. I chose to stop buying their anyway high quality products just for this reason.

This company is an absolute scam!!!

This company is an absolute scam!!!No product was delivered and the money was taken out of my account and then they try and do it again! They send me an invoice for products that I have not ordered.I am reporting this company to Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband (vzbv)!!!!!!!! And notifying my bank.

One of my products somehow opened itself when I received the package. I wrote to costumer service explaining and 5 minutes later a new one had been shipped! Amazing staff and company that really cares about their customers! Will be purchasing again!

Fantastic product and customer service

I recently ordered from Kitsch and upon receiving my package noticed I had received one incorrect product. These things happen. I emailed a picture of the incorrect product t with my receipt and within less than 5 minutes had a response to correct the error. I offered to send the incorrect product back. Within 10 minutes of my first email, the correct product had been shipped and I was told to keep the other as a gift. I would recommend on customer service alone, but when I used the product, I am in love. My hair has never felt so clean after just one use. I will be ordering again and trying other products.

Ordered a bunch of things on the 19th of November due to Black Friday. My order went to Netherlands instead of Slovakia (second time it’s happening), when I entered the shipping address correctly. It’s the 15th of December and I’m still waiting for the replacement order. Their whole vibe is that they’re sending the replacement order as some courtesy when literally they seem to be having some tech issue that keeps sending orders to some odd address. And instead of making up for the issue and sending it with some express shipping, they sent it with the slowest method..the replacement order has been in the despatch town for 5 days straight: “processing”. Beyond laughable. Awful experience over some random overhyped hair accessories. 6682780

They stopped responding to emails when…

They stopped responding to emails when I wanted my money back as the delivery of the product had gone wrong. Never got the money back!
