After my first order, I was automatically enrolled into subscription orders without clearly realizing this at the time. After receiving a subscription shipment, I contacted customer service to cancel and request a refund, as outlined in their website policy. Despite the policy stating that customers should reach out to initiate a refund, I was informed that they no longer offer refunds due to return-related scams. This response directly contradicts the refund policy published on their site.
I wasn't given advanced warning of my next subscription order being placed until today. I was not given enough time to reschedule and the order is already going through. I have not even seen results yet as my cat has still been throwing up with a full dose. She may be doing better on a very small dose but it's too early to tell. So now I will have SIX of these containers sitting around and I am out over $100 in additional product which I don't even know if I will be able to use. When my husband finds out he is going to be furious. This is terrible business practice to send an email and then suddenly put through an order immediately with no warning to change delivery preferences. IT LITERALLY TOOK 3 WEEKS for my first order to even come in!!!! What kind of scammy company IS this? Now I'm going to have all this product that probably doesn't even work. I canceled my subscription as it was impossible to reschedule the order that I was only notified about processing at 4:59AM and then sent an email in the same minute saying it had shipped. Also, website navigation is a joke. I subscribe to many companies and I've never seen anything like this before.
Never received package. Of product.stolen money from account. Never shipped product blamed the usps on first class. Unauthorized payment on my debit card. First was 40.78 then charged my card again. I had to put fraudulent charges. And reissued another card. This company is fraudulent company. Report this to your banking intuition. These are the worse people to get caught up with. I would put zero. Report them to sec of commerce. And try to refund nothing to you but to steal your money.
Faulse advertising was given a deal 2x sup for one price, only to find out I was put on a subscription this is a dirty tactic from this company when asked for that order to be canceled and refunded I was only met with we have canceled your subscription. Won't be buying again.
When filling out my initial order my shipping address came up as Charlotte Amalie USVI...as I tried to change it..it kept reading the USVI . I finally got it changed and punched save...finished my order and when I submitted my order it came up as the USVI address which is not even a valid address...I tried to change it and kept sending emails of this to support center but never heard back. Finally seversl days to over a week later I get a reply and they want to make things right...gave me 2 or 3 options..the option I chose was to justvsend another shipment to my real address at their expense which I thought was fair.. well they hot back with me several days later and they said that after talking with a post office person that they thought it best to wait for original the shipment...which is gonna be held up m in customs and possibly never leave there. I know as I lived there for 18 years and know all their excuses.plus there is no street address on the whole island that even comes close to the address on the shipping form....I have been emailing the support team with no solution in sight...it has been 18 days...no product and they have my 68 plus dollars...now I would think that a company would like to make things right..but no they just sent me a coupon for 10 bucks and 48 hours to spend it...now why would I even want to try another order when they cannot make the first one happen? I want results now andcI want no excuses...if I ever receive my order I will think 14 times before buying again from this ridiculous company with no customer support..
I orderd taurine a month ago did not recieve they were quick to take my 44 dollars did not recieve anything not even a message do not buy anything from this site!! SCAM
Ordered in mid-December. Two months later my supposed shipment has not arrived. Company refuses to provide a refund, insisting that it is "on the way". It is also clearly coming from outside the US which customer service denies. Total scam and I am embarrassed that I fell for it. Hopefully you won't.
Husband purchased kittysupps after confirming with customer service that the product is sourced in USA. It’s not. Product was shipped from China which has no quality control standards. Also they put us on an auto subscription we did not approve and did not remove it after we requested removal. Trustpilot you should know that kittysupps is claiming a 4 1/2 star review fm your site.
It should be noted that several Cybersecurity companies have identified kittysupps as a scam/fraud site.
I ordered three bottles and got them. everything is good. My cats even do not mind the dusting at all. They do seem brighter as well.
I just got another message from y'all however that three more bottles were ordered at 2am this morning. That did not happen and I hope someone reads this and stops them from coming. I do not have a subscription with you people.
It took a whole month just to get the first order. Now my cat doesn't even want to eat the food with the supplements after the first two times. It also gave the cat runny poop. Nothing good in the experience at all.
