Lack of Communication and Unreliable Service

I want to express my disappointment with the lack of communication and misleading information provided by your company.I ordered a skip and was informed that a truck would come to collect it since you didn’t have one available. However, when I called to check on the status of the truck, I was told it would not be coming because the collection team had already left the area—despite no one ever showing up at my location.I relied on Jordan’s assurance and lost an entire day of work waiting for a service that was never delivered. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly discourage others from using your services.

Couch removal
