HelloI wish to recommend highly the waste removal service of kolect. Deco came on the time slot. He was very efficient and quick. Deco was a bit too loaded so he drove off and then returned to take the rest of the waste booked. Great service, Deco!I got a lot of help carrying stuff out.I am really satisfied with the service and will used it again.Thank you
Following a bad experience in 2020 I had left a review. Recently Erica from Kollect contacted me by email and told that even though time had passed she really wanted to put things right. She offered to give me a complimentary service as a good will gesture. They followed through on this. I am impressed that Kollect are willing to make amends after so much time.
Couldn't be happier with the service. It is definitely pricey however Simon and Corey were so pleasant to deal with and were absolute gents and nothing was too much trouble. My elderly mother was there to let them in to the building and she was in a good mood for the rest of the day after spending an hour with them. Will definitely be using the service again!

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Simon and Corey called to collect 2 couches and they were very pleasant and professional to deal with very nice guys. I would definitely recommend these guys for any removals would definitely use them again.
