Review Time
We booked 1/8th of a truck for rubbish removal, which we needed to increase to 1/4 truck on collection day because we ended up with a lot more to get rid of than we anticipated. This was easily accommodated. About a month later, we booked 1/8 truck again. The removers arrived on time, were friendly and efficient, and the whole process was very smooth. Would recommend
Valerie is the company's best asset. I hope management is aware of that! I had a terrible experience with my order - no skip bags arrived; waited a week - which led to other issues- and the man at customer service wasn't at all helpful. Valerie has been professional and understanding, and saved the day. Thanks to her for all her help.
Totally unreliable service. I booked and paid a deposit for a Sofa to be removed. Was sent a confirmation text confirming pick up between 2-8pm yesterday. Got a text from supposed CEO saying how did we do and one from the guy who apparently did the job asking for a review so he could earn 10 euro. Meanwhile my sofa is still here. I have rang, I have left messages and no update. Do not use this company!
I am amazed at the service with Kollect today. I left a message on Sunday evening, received a call on monday morning. Requested collection of furniture as soon as possible. Delighted that they could come this afternoon. Liam and his copilot were great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.
Ordered a Skip from Kollect - they were really good about sending texts ahead of time to confirm all ready . Skip arrived on time and was collected promptly. Also used the option to have them call to the house to pick up packing waste to recycling - again they gave a call an hour before they showed up and were very quick and efficient about clearing up everything. Would definitely use again.
This is the second time I have used Kollect for rubbish removal. This time it was for large item removals. They saved me from having to hire a van and also to be charged in the dump by weight. The lads were friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you and happy Christmas. Maggs
