It has been over month since I notified support of the problem and a month and a half since I requested contact information. They have given me 100 credits twice but a 100 credits is only 50 texts or less. So over 3 days I could only send about 15 text per day. Then during the days with limited access to my girlfriend they do not make any effort to resolve the issue then to have no access. I have gone a week or more without talking to my girlfriend multiple times. Their legal team does not respond to emails, the investigation team barely responds to emails and gives you no updates. This is fraud since I have no access to my girlfriend and they are not providing an alternative means of communicating while they try to resolve the issue. I paid over $1500 for contact information. I do not think I will ever get contact information. I have chatted with support probably over 30 times without any results. It is also extremely expensive. You pay like $2.5 per photo or reading an email or per photo you look at in a email. Viewing a video is like $12.5. texting is like about $0.5 per text. I have spent hours at this point with support, writing emails and searching sites to report this fraud.
This site uses predatory business practices. They have what are called “Top Users.” These are people who have verified their identities, produced a glamour video and have provided a portfolio of glamour photos. These people, both male and female, operate for free on the site and must be approved by site admins. They must also follow and meet certain requirements to remain on the site for free. According to the admins their profiles have a blue check mark. While I don’t know specifically what those requirements are to continue to have free use I can assure you that they would include never sharing contact information, keeping people chatting and taking actions that would cause regular users (those of us that pay) to expend credits as quickly as possible. I chatted with two people over the course of two days and spent roughly $20. The chats were vacuous and vapid. They sent meaningless emails with multiple photos and videos. None of it personal and all of it canned. To open a photo is 10 credits. To open a video is 50 credits. To open emails is 10 credits. And when you don’t open the emails, photos or videos they let you know you didn’t and how upset they are. It is all very manipulative and corrupt. I had no photo on my profile. I had minimal information about myself. I listed myself as 70 years old and I was constantly bombarded by supposed women of all ages. Of course all of them were “top users.” When I asked the two people what they had to do to remain a “top users” they feigned ignorance and no knowledge of what I was talking about. Anyway, I have the receipts and correspondence with the administrators. If I had deep enough pockets I would start a class action lawsuit against this company for predatory business practices. Stay away from Korea Dates!
Ok the person who is on your site is under Brooklynni have been talking to him for 6 months he has pictures for one on his profile that is not him he has sent me pictures on other sites that were stolen from someone else’s account he has told me different stories over and over. He has never called me by my name. He has sent the same messages to my account on other web sites he is on every web site I had joined he says he’s rich owner of a company but he never remembers anything we may have talked about a day or two ago. He will not send a video or do a video call. He has said he loved me and wanted to marry me. He said he was coming to the states three times and never does saying some reason he can’t nothing he tells you checks out he’s either a bott works for yall or a scammer.
well people using this site must know the rules applied,please ask the customer service incase u like someone and u want details of that person what do they need to do,so here comes the reality only one person gets the details of the other person that too only email after she/he has scored 5000credit however they will do documents check and later share details with u whoever is eligible,now if the man is from a country that has regional restrictions even after spending 5000credit getting details like email u will won't be able to get in touch with that person,so b careful with whom your chatting,I sympathise people sitting on this site putting in money and not getting in returns anything justing wasting time efforts emotions unless ur looking just for fun and have loads of money to splash,or else it's waste of time on this site they have many other sites as well so be careful find out the rules via customer chat before getting in deep with anybody as nobody is aware and are hoping good out of this site,the website runners know that majority people on this site with regional restrictions won't be able to get connected out of there platform but still they want people to sit there put in money and keep high hopes,its a loot so all new comers do not get trapped on this sites and they wont give refund as well. Highlight first 20credit is given by them to chat and after that u top up everytime u want to chat and every chat that you send costs you 2credit,with additional 10credit to every mail/letter on same platform(not email)costs you 10credit to send and if they send you video that will costs you 50credit so basically keep your wallets open all the time it's ridiculous and no gain BE AWARE OF THIS SITES.
The service gave me the chance to meet genuine and friendly members. Support was responsive whenever I had a question, and I felt safe using the site. Credits can go quickly if you chat a lot, but overall the experience has been very positive.
