Avoid trading with this company because they'll later claim you were never a client, showing they're not honest with their customers. I've had issues pending for two weeks, and nothing has been done about them. ( As it's Paiva ) that's reliable and delivers all the services they promise to their customers.
This pro firm is a total scam, dont fall for it. Deny payouts without explanations, horrible customer service, they will take more than 4 days to reply to you. No live customer support, support only works through emails. WORST PROP FIRM I HAVE TRIED SO FAR!!!!!!
I have a 100k account that I was trading with for over a month with no issues. I was going to Portugal for holidays and as soon as I landed I could not access my account on mt5 so I checked to see if forex trading was allowed there and it was so I sent a mail to kortana got no reply so left it a few days and sent another mail. I followed on with about 4 more emails. So I said I would wait till I got home to see if I could access my account. When I irived home still no luck and sent another email no reply. I found 2 other email account for kortana so sent emails to those this is going on 3 weeks now and I have not got any email off them explaining why I can't access my account or even to say I breached any rules. Now I have to look at finding another prop firm as I have no faith in this one. I think it is very unprofessional to not respond to emails or even inform some one if there account is closed.
