I ordered a purse on Dec. 21, 2025 and have not received it as of today, Jan. 24, 2026. I have reached out to the company twice and I get the same blanket email. When I look at SHOP, the shipping app, it just says "waiting for details". This is ridiculous and I am more than frustrated. Time to contact Better Business Bureau.

Underwhelmed

I'm wholly underwhelmed after this experience. The marketing for this company is deceptive as they make you believe you're buying artisanal goods made in France, when they are actually made in China. If you need to return something, you do not get a full refund and end up losing about 15% of the amount you paid. Furthermore, the dimensions listed for the product I purchased were inaccurate and the stitching was already coming out on part of the item (hence the return). I ended up buying one of their bags second hand and was glad I did as they're decent pieces, but not worth the full price.

Beautiful bags that turn to trash in less than a year

I own both the bobobark and bebebark, and I honestly regret buying them. Within a year, both bags turned into literal trash; the cork started peeling off from the base, exposing the ugly lining underneath. And yes, I used their official care products and conditioned them regularly, exactly as instructed.Their marketing about these bags being “for life” is a blatant lie. Don’t fall for it. When I contacted customer service, they told me this kind of peeling is part of the “natural lifecycle of cork.” Seriously? That’s their excuse for a bag disintegrating?To make it worse, their warranty is only 90 days, which should tell you everything you need to know. When I asked for a return or replacement, all they offered was a discount on another bag. As if I’d want another one after this disaster!Yes, the bags are undeniably cute. But don’t be fooled by the aesthetic or eco-friendly marketing; the quality is terrible, durability is nonexistent, and customer service is dismissive. Save your money and skip Laflore Paris altogether.

Love these products!

I have the bobobark backpack and I love it! I'm a small business owner as well as a WFH employee so I often carry two lap tops... They both fit in my bobobark which is impressive! Because I walk around with a lot of electronics, I got the clutch wallet and find that it fits my mouse and various attachments. Two thumbs (or dare I say laptops) up- highly recommend!
