Despite there being a photo of our delivery the parcel was not delivered to our address!My husband and I had to search a couple of times to eventually find it which was a miracle.Delivery driver paid no attention to the address where he was supposed to deliver to and there was no care and attention to detail....in this case the actual address!!!!!
A little complicated to work out what we needed. Hope it will fit ok as it is for our secondary residence and it has not yet been installed. Shame their is not a show room in London. But when I inquired by email I did receive a quick reply. The delivery was fine too.
Unfortunately DPD lost the order which happens However what you can’t excuse is customer service that either can’t be bothered or seem unable to help!! All they were interested in was cancelling the order.Shame as it looks like nice product but not good unless it’s actually delivered
I have never felt this disappointed before.The return process was both difficult and expensive. Since I don’t own a printer, I had to pay £6 just to print four pages. On top of that, out of the £23 I paid, they deducted £10 from my refund, which is completely unfair.I will never purchase from this seller again, and I will not recommend them to anyone.
