I was hesitant to order due to a fair few bad reviews but I made sure to use the safest payment options just in case. I needn’t have worried, excellent communication on possible delays due to the Storm however still arrived quickly (ordered 8th delivered 11th) with my preferred delivery guys DPD. It’s a lovely light and easy to install. I got a bulb from elsewhere with a smoked tint and it is slightly too dark for my office. It’s a good size and the perfect colour. Glad I took a chance.
First lamp received was damaged and missing a part. Second lamp received was missing a part. I thought I was dealing with a UK company but returns had to go to the Netherlands which caused a stressful UPS experience. Customer Service not great, no personal touch at all and to top things off I have not been refunded.
I placed an order almost 40 days ago, and it has still not been shipped.At first, I was told the item was out of stock and would be sent once it arrived.Later, I was told the order had been shipped.However, according to the tracking information, no parcel was ever handed over to any postal or courier service. What was created is only an electronic shipping label — the item was never physically dispatched.Creating a label is not shipping.As of today, there is no real tracking movement and no package on the way to me. The information provided by the company has been inconsistent and misleading.I would strongly advise others to be cautious and to rely on actual tracking activity, not just promises.
Placing the order was quick and simple. The website is very easy to navigate. The lights themselves arrived very quickly and look great. They've yet to be installed but so far, so good. Will definitely be using this company in other projects.
