We have had 7 new windows installed this week by a team of 2 from LDG. This is our 4th use of the company. As previously, everyone has been very helpful and polite and the installation has been fabulous, especially considering we live in an old house, which often brings some issues !! The quality of the windows is great and they make our rooms look so lovely. Thank you to the team at LDG.
The people we have dealt with have been extremely nice, from the salesman, the surveyor and Mark the installer. We are very pleased with the service provided and the installation. I would recommend that anyone consider LDG when looking for replacement Windiws and doors.
We are renovating our kitchen and decided on Bifold doors. Lancashire Double Glazing offered us helpful advice throughout the process. They’ve now been fitted and we couldn’t be happier. The Bifold system is top quality and the fitters offered us a first class service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We have used these guys on multiple occasions now and they have been great. This has ranged from simple changes of locks to complete replacement of windows and doors. Price has been very competitive and the team that has come round each time have also been lovely people. Highly recommended
New front door reguired, wanted to open up the light in our hallway, got the brickwork sorted, and LDG came round measured up, its got an arch, worried about the shape.Following the measure up stage they arrived with our new door, white frame black composite door with glass top and sides. Used this company for replacement windows and patio doors. Very happy with windows and also the service received. From initial sales visit through to fitting the staff were friendly and helpful and worked quickly. Any questions we had with the head office were dealt with promptly and professionally. Our self build project is nearing completion, with rendering & finishing touches still to be completed, but we used Lancashire Double Glazing throughout the entirety of the house. Kev and the team who worked on this project with us have been fantastic and could not fault one step in the process. From advice, to quotation, to measurements, to install, to aftercare they have been faultless. We had quite a tricky room with a slanted roof, custom steelwork & the need to fit big slabs of glass within this. The result.. a work of art! Thanks LDGG! If we have any further requests down the line, I know who to come to!
