LDG were contracted to replace conservatory roof to flat roof structure. Owen Gilmartin the sales contact was excellent. He understood clearly what I wanted. From quote to project complete everything went very smoothly, on time, professional and to a high degree of satisfaction. These boys know what they are doing. No cutting corners or messing about. Well done to installers and the wider LDG team.

The quality and service is second to none. 5* throughout a big and challenging job, especially with how big we wanted our bifolding doors (which look absolutely amazing!!!). Waiting till the building work in doors to be finished before we fit the front door and I am so excited to see it all done. Thank you all for everything!
Had occasion to ask a L.D.G. engineer to investigate a leak in my conservatory. I had a proper builder give me his opinion of the problem which he pointed out aspects of the build as being poor a part cause of the problem. When L.D.G. eventually contacted me they dismissed this opinion as being ware and tear. Surprise surprise they took no responsabillity for the work. I would not recommend them as their after sales service is dismissive and none comital. Avoid.
Recently had a composite door and frame, could not recommend them enough, Very pleased with the service. Customer service and engineers were fabulous. Also had a side door fitted and we are extremely happy with everything. No complaints whatsoever and will use them again without hesitation. Thank you Sandra Parr and Andy Coverdale
Had my garage bricked up and replaced with a window, they've done a fantastic job and were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and would use again should we need anything doing. Price was very reasonable too, I had a local tradesman out who quoted over £1000 more for the same work.
I wouldn't usually write a review however I felt compelled to compliment Lancashire Double Glazing after completing the work on my home within 2 weeks of sitting down with them. Everybody I spoke with from office staff to the men who replaced and fitted my 11 windows where nothing but exceptional. If you use anybody else you are simply wrong that's how strongly I feel.
