Had a new tiled roof on conservatory to replace the polycarbonate one. Thoroughly professional job from Kevin’s quote, Ash & Daryl fitting & the plastering & wiring. Great communication, efficiency, job completed on time. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend LDG.
Lancashire Double Glazing were recommended by a friend of mine. I was honestly blown away by how good they are.From the first contact they were welcoming, friendly and very professional.The salesman Owen was great real nice chap answered any questions i had and went through all the options available in great detail.The admin team were great and efficient at getting me booked in for both the measurements to be taken and fitment.When the windows and doors were fitted Mark was prompt again a real nice chap.Having never been through window and door replacement before i wasn't sure what to expect. He was awesome you wouldn't now he had been there other than the great new windows and doors. The finish was excellent absolutely no touching up of any kind he left the rooms spotless.I would definitely recommend Lancashire double glazing to anyone. They really are a sleek, professional and friendly company.
I recently had new windows and doors fitted by Lancashire Double Glazing, and I’m very pleased with them. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and turned up when they said they would, from the initial visit by the salesman Owen, the technical survey and the installers.The sales visit was very relaxed and there was no pressure for me to “sign on the dotted line” but Owen did bring some samples of windows and provided me with a no obligation quote. The technical survey was very thorough, and the installation itself was superb, all the installers showed attention to detail and everything was finished off very neatly. All the windows and doors feel solid and good quality.I had a couple of other quotes and the price was very competitive - I feel like I got a quality job at a very fair price. Also the time from ordering to fitting was significantly shorter than other companies were offering so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LDG.
Had 2 windows and a door with a large side glass panel fitted by LDG and I'm extremely happy with everything. The lovely salesman Carl, Ian the surveyor and the fitter Mark all very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend LDG every time. When I get round to replacing the rest of my windows, it'll be LDG that I'll be contacting 😁
Excellent work on new doors and replacement conservatory. Steve Haworth has looked after us really well throughout the process. There was a small leak in the con roof, but there was a chap here within 24 hours (also a Steve, I think!) To sort out. Props to all at LDG!
Despite initially having an issue with my order, Lancashire Double Glazing went above & beyond to put it right, as quickly as they could. They were understanding & supportive throughout. I never really write reviews, but I felt I had to in this case, because LDG showed what excellent customer service really is.
This is the first review that we have ever written for any company as we wanted to share how impressed we were with LDG. It’s a pity we can’t give more than 5 stars for their excellent service and quality of work from start to finish. From Tony in the Sales Team and Elizabeth in the Office, to all the tradesman from ground workers, fitters, plasterers and electricians we would like to say a massive thank you to them all. We had a large conservatory fitted to the rear of our property. The style and match to our existing house is amazing and we have received lots of compliments from our neighbours who were also impressed with how neat and tidy the build was carried out. Every person who worked on the build was excellent, very professional, friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend LDG to anyone considering having work done to their house as you will not be disappointed! It can be a daunting prospect having any building work done to your house but LDG do treat your home with respect and make the whole experience a pleasure in watching the transformation take place. We absolutely love our new conservatory, which has turned out better than we ever imagined and have used it every day since. Thanks again to all the staff at LDG for enhancing our living lifestyle!
