Owen in sales visited promptly and was very knowledgeable of the products and options available.He sorted out finance , and the whole process was seemless. Mark Daryl fitted the windows in a timely manner and tidied up lovely as due to being near the prom half the beach fell out of the old frames. Highly recommend Lancashire double glazing 10/10
LDG provided the windows and doors for our new sports hall. Their service was excellent. The products are of high quality and look fantastic. We have recently had our conservatory upgraded from a lean to style to a lovely new conservatory with a Supalite roof including glass strips. Absolutely excellent service from ordering with Owen to survey with Ian and install with Ash. Can’t fault anything about the service provided, the quality of products and communication from start to finish was brilliant. Chris was also great on the few little snags we had. LDG have been a pleasure to do business with and they have given us a room we can now use all year round 😊

Persistently book appointments then fail to turn up/cancel meaning that I have had to take time off for work/ reschedule meetings, only to be called half way through the allotted appointment time to be advised that the "engineer" is running late so they can not attend.This is really poor customer service, if the engineers are busy - maybe some attention needs to be given to the individual in charge of scheduling - maybe look at incorporating some contingency into the times given per job?!Postcode PR1 9AT.So the 'technician came out to undertake the repair, he did a good job …albeit throwing the damaged and removed part down the side of my shed. Can you guys get anything right?!And you still haven't reached out to me after I supplied the first part of my address!
