I recently purchased four items from a Lara Green. All I have to say is that, yes, it did take a little bit to receive it. But was very thrilled and pleased with my pieces. The rings fit in super smoothly. Stones are beautiful and quality for the money is perfect. I highly recommend for a gift to someone or a treat for yourself.
This website is 100% scam. The jewelry that arrives is nothing like what is pictured on their website. Arrives with almost no packaging, broken items and they look almost nothing like what you ordered. Will not provide a full refund and insist on returns going direct to China, even tho product was shipped from some warehouse in the US. Cost of return is over $30/$40. Plus additional tarriff charges. Find the same products on Temu for around $5 or less. Do not Buy!
Ordered 3 items from Lara Green in July, never delivered, my credit card was charged for $76.00. A few days after I ordered the first 3 pieces, I submitted a second order for more items totaling $280.00. Did not check for problems with this seller as the advertising was everywhere and I assumed the site was legitimate. Sent a few emails to the site and kept getting lovely notes & promises but no jewelry. I then did a bit of looking and found that I am not alone in getting robbed. There has to be something done about these scam sites ! Lesson learned - I will not be buying anything online except from Ebay where there is some protection.
This is my fourth and last. After showing the dispute department at American Express emails written by a person identifying herself as Lara Green, where she explains she is busy working on the pieces I bought, but has yet to receive them. I believe I received several emails from her. Then Sophie appeared. I knew I'd been sold goods under fraudulent conditions. The ignorance of the dispute department at AX, the inability to talk to the same person, and the fact that they could not reach Lara on disconnected phones. I thought it was fraud. When they finally found the rats, there was no Lara Green; she was a fictitious character made up by rats in Hong Kong who had now changed their conditions for refunds. How can you send the crap I finally received before I received it? Well, management, for some reason, hides from clients and refuses to talk with you, leaving you to plead your case to the United Nations, AKA, the dispute department at AX. It seems rats know how to deal with mice, and the american consumer gets scrwed. I know how to spell. If your card provider sides with the Chinese rats, don't go to AX. I will purchase some stock in this liability, and the Big Four will receive a review and critique of their customer service at their yearly stockholders' meeting. I may pay a Chinese model to wear these pieces and behold the beautiful wrist cuff that is the size of a horseshoe.Meanwhile, I have some gorgeous jewelry that a magnate picked up. Magnets do not pick up sterling silver and the cheapest gold. You can't rid the earth of rats, not even at our finest card issuers.
DON’T ORDER From these PEOPLE THEY DESERVE A SUB ZERO RSTING. 0’s. I didn’t get the items I ordered. The 2 I received looked nothing like the ad. The other items sent were cheaply made and not at all what was ordered. You will see different scenarios as to why they are selling at s low price. I have seen retiring snd going out of business. Meta allows these crooks to advertise on facebook. So far trying to do a chargeback on my account for $100+. DON’T ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE SITES. THEY AREN’T IN THE USA.
I ordered (2) rings from Lara Green Jewelry and never received anything not even a refund. They text 2 different times saying the first time something went wrong and said they resent the order. I didn't receive anything. Then I contacted them 3 weeks later and told them I hadn't received anything. Again they said they would give me a refund, which didn't happen either. Finily I gave up trying, witch i am sure it made them happy. It is nothing but a rip off. I URGE YOU, DO NOT GET SUCKERED LIKE I DID WITH LAURA GREEN JEWELRY!!!!!!
