DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, it’s not custom made and comes from China, cheaply made and looks like something you would get from a bubble gum machine!!! When I tried to return the jewelry for a full refund, was told that shipping cost was on me, it costs over $240 dollars to return the items.. fraudulent 100%!!!
My daughter and I ordered almost $300 worth of rings, 10 in all. 3 out of the 10 were nothing like the pictures on line. Some of these were very cheap looking and 2 of the rings that were supposed to be silver were black. Two of the rings came as adjustable, ( we were not aware) which in my opinion is very cheap. Overall, we feel very cheated and when reading the return policy, it is not worth trying to return them. I would not recommend this company. Very deceiving. 0 Stars
They are liars. There is no Lara Green or any other “artist” involved in this. It’s all mass produced Chinese JUNK! Not even worth the low price.The one thing that galls me is how professional the website looks. The story, pictures and everything actually made me think that this was an artisan trying to get rid of her inventory so she could retire without having to worry about storing it all or something.DO NOT BUY!!!
If I could leave a negative number review, I would. I ordered two pieces from laragreen. When they finally arrived, they were very cheap looking, like something you’de get at a dollar store or pick up with a grab claw in one of those arcade prize machines.After several back and forth E-Mails which accomplished nothing, they refused to refund me for adding insult to injury by sending the wrong color piece, tryng to pass off the excuse thst each of their pieces is “ unique” and that because of that, I should expect “ difference from piece to piece”. The best they could do is to offer me a 10% refund if I accept the incorrect order. From now on, I research EVERYTHING I order online, which is just due dilligence, but it is business practices like these that destroy trust and probably lower sales from legitimate businesses.
Wish I had done reviews before purchasing. Have tried contacting company, no luck. Have emailed 3x, tried phone 4x (not a working number). Was supposed to get a email with order number. Hasn't happened. That's when I decided to go to reviews. Uh, oh. My charge is still pending, so as soon as it posts, I'll call credit card company and tell them to dispute the charge as fraud.
I ordered a ring from Lara Green Jewelers. I clicked on an ad and see an aging lady is retiring as she is not able to produce her HANDMADE jewelry pieces anymore. Having a big sale. I purchased a ring. They stated they had 1-day free delivery. Stupidly AFTER I ordered I looked on Trustpilot. This was within 10 minutes of ordering. I emailed and told them to cancel. Can't cancel the order is already in progress. Tried 3 more times to cancel. Told no. After about 12 days received ring. Junk. Adjustable. Worth .50. Company is in China. WiltonTech is the name of the co. Do not buy. They use different names of the same retiring lady. Scam. Do not buy ever!!!!!
People if you are dissatisfied with these companies: Lara Green, Claire-Jewelry, Noemi Rose Boutique etc... Please contact FBI cyber Fraud I just did that... I sent an email to one of the above; CC to FBI Cyber Fraud to email; then filled out form on US govt web site. All Chinese (CCP) stores, and from reading other Trust Pilot reviews, many more doing the same scam. NOT just Jewelry!!PLS CONTACT FBI CYBER link!! Report to Stop this!!ADD: call your credit card company to put a DISPUTE ON YOUR CHARGE CARD... even if it is awhile ago... Fight for yourself thru your credit card dispute today!
The ring I purchased turned color after two weeks. The necklace I purchased cracked in one day. I am so frustrated that companies like this can deceive people - the ads seemed so real. This jewelry is very cheap and not even worth one penny. How can you rip off senior citizens who live on social security? Totally disgusting and unlawful.
Lara Green Jewelry, Barbara, Lana, and lots of other women's names followed by "made her first bracelet when she was 19 and is closing down her business now at 75" -- fake story, fake photos, fake retirement. These are fronts for cheap junk jewelry and the photos are lifted from legitimate jewelers' sites.
OMG! What a scam! The jewelry is a bunch of cheap crap from China, nothing like the pictures, not handmade jewelry by some amazing artist in Canada. Says easy returns, no questions asked. They quizzed me like crazy, then gave me an address IN CHINA to return it to. The shipping and tariffs would eat up any refund, so I agreed to a 20%refund, without sending the junk back. Should've done my research, should've realized it was all a huge scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!! We'll see if I actually get a refund.
