They took my money and never refunded me for items that were promised saying it's on the way. I made many attempts and none successful. I contacted my bank and disputed the order since I never received anything. When contacting the company, they kept saying it was on it's way. I had hoped they would refund my money or at least half of it but obviously greedy company. I wouldn't bother ordering a thing from them. It's a scam, so BEWARE.
When I finally got the jewelry that was made in China, it was very cheap. The first two necklaces I tried on broke while I was putting them on. The clasp are cheap. The rest of the jewelry was made of a weird metal but not anything close to silver or a fine metal. Since they came apart in my hands and I could not get them clasped, I chose to send them back for a refund. That was a complete bust. It's a terrible company, and I would not fall for this again. The return address was someplace in China and they refused to pay for returns. Don't bother with this company.
This person is a complete fraud! Before she was LanaGreen, now is Laragreen. You'll never receive the items you have ordered. If you'll open the Facebook, you'll see that Facebook belongs to a young girl. Don't fall into her claws. This person is not retiring, this person is not existing. Someone else invented her and who knows where that person lives? It's a complete scam! I was scammed by her, him, they, it, who knows? They changing the appearances, the names. I lost my money, so you'll too. Please believe me. Order from the reputable companies but please stay away from that disgusting being who just fooling people and collecting their money.
The lady in the photo looks an awful lot like the lady in the photo from Grace's Bags which is another website with the same issues. Money is hard to get returned, items are not as pictured, the company is hard to reach, the quality is awful and their product also is in China. This is probably not the right place for this post but the I saw the lady's picture I had to reach out.
