I ordered 3 pearl necklaces. 2 were broke...no chain for the clasp. Cost $26.99 I could have bought them at temu for $1.00. They answered my email and told me to send picture of necklaces and the packaging. I did and their email address is incorrect. This company is a SCAM...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!
This is my second review of Lara Green. Her advertisement popped up again recently, except her name is ALSO "Lydie Anne"...different photo of same "retiring" lady, but same writeup, supposedly reviewed by a "senior writer" covering artisan craftsmanship and cultural stories for "Artisan Weekly". And, of course SAME SCAM. I do plan to file further official complaints. Beware!!!
I ordered a specific ring that was pictured on the site; The Exotic Lotus. It was sized, pinky/purple, with petals that curved up to resemble a flower, and gems on the band. I received a poor excuse for a ring (Cracker Jack Box quality) adjustable, pink, and flat with no gems on the band. Following numerous emails explaining the differences and poor quality they continued to offer me a pitiful discount to keep the ring. I clearly stated I would not wear such an atrocity. Today’s email stated that after review of my claim they were sure it was the item I ordered with slight variations!! I encourage everyone to steer clear of this site. I spent nearly $600 for their items - many of which were satisfactory (but not even the quality of the sales price) so you’d think they would appreciate my patronage but NO; instead, they would rather stand on ceremony and make false claims.If I could give them a no star rating, I would.
I place an order and one ring was duplicated. When I received the products it looked like jewelry from 5 below.. very poor quality. It took several attempts to get a return address. You have to return the items to China. When to took them to return to China it was going to be over $50.00 to return 5 pieces of jewelry. I got refund of 4.67 for a 25.00 ring. My husband said it took 7weeks for refund of purchase he sent to China. Don't be fooled the jewelry is junk. If i could rate a ZERO I WOULD...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Two of the 4 items I ordered were nothing like the images online. Two items were so cheaply made they were not even worth the discounted costs. I contacted for the easy refund. They offered me 20% refund only or I would need to send back to China at my expense including custom and shipping fees and no guarantee the items would ever get to China. I fell for one of these scams a year ago with cheaply made clothes ... BEWARE !!!
This is my experience. I ordered a ring on 8/24/25. After not receiving it in the allotted time frame of 13 days, I emailed them. Oh it will be there in 15 days, then nothing 19 days, "be patient". The USPS tracking said it was in LA. Days & days went by, still stuck In LA When I questioned,where this jewelry was coming from, was told a wearhouse in China. Not a little old lady designing in her workshop Early on I asked if this was a scam; was told no. I disputed the charge on my credit card & was told to wait a little longer until my ring arrived but I already started the dispute & had my local PO start an investigation. What a mind f______ scam! Today is day 19 & still stuck in LA. I will take this further & suggest that others do the same Tired if being screwed over!!!
If I could give a rating of zero stars I would! Do not buy from this site!!! I bought 2 rings. One of them the stone was crooked in the setting and stuck up on one side. The second ring was the wrong size and looked like something out of a gum ball machine.
