A few weeks back, I purchased and froze some chicken mushroom lasagne. We tried it tonight and found it quite lacking. Perhaps it was an off day in the kitchen, but the dish ended up being overly salty and mushy, falling short of expectations. As someone who enjoys cooking and making lasagne from scratch, I wanted to give this product a shot, but it's not something I’d try again. Additionally, it's quite pricey for the quality offered, which doesn't seem authentically lasagne-like. I'd be interested in seeing the manufacturing process to understand how it's put together!
