I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the company’s failure to honor its warranty. My oven — which is less than two years old — has not worked for over a month, and despite constant back-and-forth communication, there has been absolutely no resolution.
The company has acknowledged that my warranty is valid and confirmed that all required documentation has been received and is complete. Multiple representatives have told me everything is “in the system” and that my claim is approved or being processed. Yet nothing actually happens.
Every time I call, I’m forced to repeat the entire situation because there seems to be no coordination or accountability. I’m transferred between departments, placed on hold for long periods, and promised callbacks that never come. There is no urgency and no clear timeline for repair or replacement.
A product that is less than two years old should not fail like this — and a warranty should not require this much effort to be honored. Instead of standing behind their product, this company has left me without a working oven for over a month while continuing to delay action.
This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects reliable customer service or a company that actually honors its warranty.
We bought a television for our weekend getaway, but shortly after setting it up, we noticed black streaks on the screen. By the time we returned to address it, the return window had closed. Filing a warranty claim was a nightmare, with endless requests for photos and videos. After several exchanges, they claimed the issue was due to shipping damage and refused to cover it under warranty. I suggested a technician assess the problem, but they insisted I contact the retailer despite the return window being closed. Now we’re left with a defective television and a terrible experience.
Avoid this company and their poorly made televisions! We bought a 75-inch model, and after an update, it wouldn’t turn on and developed a significant internal crack. The customer service was rude and blamed me for the problem, claiming it was out of warranty and that I must have damaged it. The television has been mounted since day one! I will never buy another product from them. It's better to invest in a quality television.
I have never encountered worse customer service. My refrigerator failed after just four months. I was transferred multiple times and disconnected twice, having to start over each time. After providing a claim number and necessary documents, a week went by with no updates. When I followed up, I was told no one had responded and they would try again to contact me. I doubt I’ll hear back and will likely have to call again. I will never purchase from this company again; the lower price is not worth the hassle.
If negative stars were an option, I would rate them -5. I was on hold for over 35 minutes, only to be disconnected after several calls. Each representative seemed to struggle with communication. I do not recommend this service at all; their customer support is horrendous.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their support was terrible when I reported streaks on my television that appeared without any damage. After opening a claim, the process was frustratingly slow. They kept asking for different photos and information. Eventually, I was told my case was assessed, but a technician said it was my fault and they wouldn’t cover it under warranty. The staff clearly do not care about customers. Avoid this company.
