I love these leggings so much! ! ! The material is so cosy and I'm obsessed with how well the waistband supports my baby bump. If you're pregnant and looking for a fab pair of leggings-purchase these! They're supportive in all the right places and they're super flattering. I can happily wear these anywhere. 10/10
I bought 3 pairs. On first impression I thought they were great as they appear to have good fabric and are thick however one pair had a small hole in the lining on the inside leg which I managed to stich up to use them as the returns policy is near impossible and the costs for return are excessive in comparison to receiving a replacement pair. I have only been wearing the leggings for the last few weeks (in rotation and not excessively) and all three pairs have failed. The hole in the first pair has now increased and they are unsalvageable due to the material type, the second pair ripped at the seams near the crotch area and the third pair have many pull lines like ladders in them. They are very poor quality! I would recommend you to not buy from this company!
The return process is nearly impossible! There was no “returns and exchanges” option on their website, so I had to email them saying the leggings didn’t fit right and that I wanted to return them for a refund, and instead they emailed me back, going back and forth by offering to do an exchange, then when I said no, and repeated that I wanted to return the leggings and get a refund, they offered to only refund 50% and for me to keep the leggings that are useless to me! Again I declined, and only then did they finally send me an address to mail the leggings back to - no return shipping label - all at my expense. I was then instructed to email them the tracking number once I shipped them off. We’ll see if I ever get my $80 back. Unreal.
It’s a scam. Never received my order - and customer service did not care, they did not help with the courier and just kept telling me to « look around » for the package. They did not offer to refund or even a small gesture like a discount. Zero initiative. Zero customer service. Am convinced i’ve been scammed.
Contacted customer service for a return, but they are giving me the run around. Will be curious to see if they will run the clock past my return window. The material is not worth the money and you can find plenty of more affordable maternity leggings on Amazon with higher quality and better customer service.
