I took advantage of a buy one get one offer for my daughter. Unsure of her size, I ordered a medium and a large. The large was too big, but customer service quickly responded and is sending another medium. I was allowed to keep the large to share. The leggings are fantastic, and the customer service is even better!
After placing my order, I received emails about earning money as an affiliate, which raised red flags. I usually wear a size 12 and followed their size chart, but the XL I received was way too big and felt cheap. I wanted to return them, but the service claimed warehouse issues prevented that. They offered me discounts to keep them, but I insisted on a full refund. After much back and forth, I finally received my full refund, but it shouldn't have taken so long. I was even asked to remove my review after the refund, but I want to share my honest experience with this service.
I typically wear a size 6/8 and ordered small and medium leggings based on a confusing size chart. Upon receiving them, the small was too big even at 20 weeks pregnant. The mediums were unwearable, and customer service was helpful in offering an exchange, but I regret not returning them altogether as they don’t fit well and lack compression. I wish I had tried a different brand instead.
I got a couple of pairs for my sister and she reported that they are very comfortable! We had an issue with a pair, so I reached out to their customer service and they were responsive and helpful. All around, I had a great experience buying from this company and with their product :)
I ordered a pair of the leggings in XL and another in L. The large worked out great & the company was very accommodating when I tried to return the XL they let me know I wouldn’t be able to return them do to a warehouse situation but they were able to send me another L. These are pretty much my everyday pants and I’m hoping to use the XL as my belly grows. Love them.
I ordered a pregnancy jumpsuit in a size bigger than I am and it is very small. I contacted Lasora to ask how I can go about a return and a full refund, and I was told I couldn’t return due to the returns warehouse being out of action. I had a long and frustrating email conversation back and forth - during which they refused to tell me how I could return the item. It took many emails to negotiate a full refund after being offered;1. A complimentary replacement with the condition that I would not be eligible for any kind of refund for the original item if I didn’t want to keep the complimentary item.2. A 50% refund.3. A 70% refund.4. A 80% refund.5. Only when I quoted my rights (as per another review on trustpilot) repeatedly and refused to accept any of the above did they concede and agree to a full refund.Don’t take no for an answer - if you want a refund, keep pushing back and don’t be won over by their ‘courteous’ communication. 💪🏻
I bought two pairs of Lasora Pregnancy Leggings in a size small for my wife. She's a UK size 8 and they’re far too big; they slide down constantly and don’t give any real support. There’s no compression at all, which is disappointing as I bought them mainly for a long-haul flight.She's 20 weeks pregnant and hoped for something comfortable and supportive, but these feel cheap and flimsy. After just one wear, the fabric has already gone bobbly at the seams between the legs. They’re also quite thin; you can clearly see a pant line through them.Overall, they don’t fit well, don’t feel supportive, and don’t look good. She wouldn’t recommend them.
