Beware you won’t get your money back if you want to return!! Bought leggings from here and didn’t get my money back for my return, said they couldn’t track my parcel when I give them the tracking number. Funny as they didn’t want to give me my money back in the beginning, as they were trying to fob me off by saying I could keep the leggings and get half of my money back, but I refused as I wanted a full refund. I bought 3 pairs as well so spent about £65!!!
The leggings was delivered torn at the seam on the bottom part which leaves me with a product I’m unable to use. Lasora is referrimg to their 30 days return policy (return to Beijing, China, which would leave me with excessive shipment cost…).
Absolutely a joke. I have never received the order. I contacted the team and their response was “it was delivered and left in a safe place” I have never asked to be left in a safe space. They are not taking the responsibility for undelivered items, however they received the money. Do not order anything from them it’s a SCAM
These are SO overpriced for what they are. I thought I was buying a high quality item. After weeks and weeks waiting for them to arrive, I realized they're just being shipped from China. These leggings laddered and tore when I was wearing them. I reached out to customer service and of course, no refund or replacement.
