I ordered 4 pairs of leggings, each came with ladders up the back of them. They took a long time to come and then when wearing them one by one realising they had ladders up the back. They won’t return and they won’t send new as over 14 days. I wouldn’t order again!!
I ordered two pairs of the maternity leggings for my daughter. Unfortunately, she miscarried on the day that the leggings arrived. I messaged Lasora and asked how can I return the leggings due to my daughter’s miscarriage. Diana from Lasora quickly responded expressing her sympathy and told me to keep the leggings. Also, the company refunded the cost of the leggings within a day of my email. I am so impressed with Lasora’s customer service. Not only will I buy from Lasora in the future, but I will also tell all my friends and family that Lasora provides excellent customer service.
I do feel as though the 5* reviews here are fake. The leggings are overpriced and come straight from China. At £25 a pair, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere at Seraphine or another brand which are worlds more comfortable. The Lasora material is very cheap, not breathable and ultimately low quality with some good advertising. They have seen me through my maternity but they’re going in the bin after this and for next baby I’ll treat myself to something more comfortable on my skin and bump. I would avoid!
Leggings took 20 plus days to arrive and are extremely expensive for the quality. I bought because of all the social media hype and reviews but they are no better quality than the ones I have from sheinMaterial wise. Very basic no pockets essential thick tights material! Sizing is also on small side. Deffo feel like I’ve been conned.

The leggings I ordered for my wife arrived with a tear in the butt and threads pulling in between the legs. I bought them in June when it was too hot for leggings, so she only wore them for the first time in September, and that’s when we realized the quality issues. Customer service couldn’t do anything because it’s beyond the 30 day policy. Very frustrating.
The fabric wasn’t right on my body shape, I didn’t feel comfortable in these leggings. So I asked for a refund, they offered me a different size. I asked again for a refund, they offered me 50% refund and to keep the leggings. I asked a 3rd time for a refund and they have sent an address. I will be posting these tracked so let’s see how this goes. After reading these reviews I’m not sure it will be easy getting this £47 back…
DO NOT BUY FROM LASORA.The quality is poor and they make it impossible to return for a refund despite their returns policy saying otherwise. Check their returns policy and you will see it's not straight forward. To return an item you need to email them and when you do, they just keep responding with nonsense and don't help you return the item for a refund. I imagine they are trying to make it as difficult as possible so I give up or go over the 30 days!!!!!!
