The ordering process was straight forward however there was no follow up informing when delivery might be.
The delivery company did not ring my bell but just left my oder on the front lawn where it could be seen. No note was put through the door. It was just as well I was in or my purchases could have gone missing.
Communication between the carrier and recipient could have been much better.

We as growers have used LBS horticultural for over 40years.They are reliable and very competitive on prices. We have just made an order for polythene sheeting to reclad a tunnel, the whole experience was easy.Emily who dealt with the order was very efficient and experienced especially as we are well over retirement age her patience and consideration was excellent and she made the whole experience easy .We have always found all of the staff brilliant from irrigation to tomato feed all take the time to get it right, so thank you all and especially at this time Emily Angela Day
