First order with this company and it didn’t arrive. One email to Daniel and quickly traced to the courier having lost my order, goods re dispatched ASAP. Sometimes things go wrong that’s life, but the speed and efficiency of correcting the problem and a sincere apology was very impressive.I would definitely recommend them to anyone. An update on my order. I contacted LBS Horticulture and they replied very quickly having discovered that the issue was with their courier. Customer service from Dan was fantastic. When I had a problem with the courier (not LBS fault) Dan was straight on it until it was resolved. Great prices and huge range but the customer service was what will make me use them again and recommend.
I have used LBS for many years and have always got great service and value for money. I placed my order online and the items were delivered within a few days, which was good as I was in desperate need of them. The canes are excellent quality, strong and very thick and will hopefully last me a good few years.
