My enquiry was dealt with especially quickly, which prompted me to pledge an order straight away. This was again acknowledged swiftly, and i was informed that the order would be due for immediate dispatch. Bearing in mind that this had all been confirmed at 16:45, i was absolutely delighted to receive delivery first thing the following morning. Exceptional service!
Katie was helpful and efficient when I ordered my tree containers and there was a delay in delivery. She informed me of the delay and helped me find a solution. We had a mix up with one of our orders and needed to exchange a couple of things, this was no trouble for her and she was more than happy to help & answer any queries I had. I called the day before the delivery was due and was told I would receive an email from the delivery company. When no email arrived I called again on the day of delivery and was told I would just have to wait until the items arrived. I tried to contact the courier online but needed a reference number. I called back and the last person I spoke to was very helpful, she provided a reference number and phoned the courier on my behalf and was a credit to your company.
