Amazing dental practice I was very nervous about having some dental implants done but found it an amazing experience from start to finish. I made the decision to have Conscious Sedation and it was definitely worth it didn’t feel a thing. The staff are all fantastic so helpful and Dr Eavan who was my dental surgeon was amazing and explained everything from the start. Can’t recommend them enough!!
I just completed my first appointment, and if the upcoming ones are as smooth, this will be an effortless journey. A huge thank you to the representative who was exceptional. She addressed all my questions with clarity and made the overall experience very enjoyable. I also had my second appointment with the dentist, and just like the first, it was a highly positive experience. Everything was explained in detail, and their professional yet friendly demeanor put me at ease. I have no doubts about my first treatment scheduled for a few weeks from now. I've undergone the initial part of the implant procedure, which involved securing them to the bone. The entire process was seamless, with virtually no pain during or after. The dentist and the team were fantastic, maintaining open communication and being easily reachable for any queries. I usually don’t write lengthy reviews, but I believe in acknowledging good service. I’m looking forward to the next phase in a couple of months. I just completed the next step in my implant treatment, and like the previous ones, it was relatively painless and executed flawlessly. The staff continue to be friendly and professional, explaining everything in detail. Once again, a big thank you to the dentist and his team for making every part of this treatment a positive experience. With a few more steps to go, I feel confident about the outcome. As of the end of August, I have nearly all the implants in place. As expected, they feel great—just like they’ve always been there. Everything has been done with care and professionalism. The dentist and his team have always been clear about each step taken. The final implant is coming soon, with the only delay being the meticulous care they provide. Final update: The last implant was completed in December. Like all the others, it fits perfectly and feels like one of my own teeth. As I’ve mentioned before, the entire process was a pleasure, which is a unique sentiment to express about a dental experience. I anticipated it to be somewhat challenging, but it was far from that, thanks to the dentist and his team. From the reception staff to the dental professionals, everyone was friendly and professional, always ensuring I felt comfortable. So once again, thank you to everyone involved in this journey.
I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I visited a dental clinic in July 2024 for a scan and was informed that I required a root canal and crown. After agreeing to the procedure, the root canal was performed in two stages. Following both stages, I experienced considerable discomfort and was told this was normal. Over the next month, despite several follow-up visits, I was eventually referred to a senior dentist specializing in this area—something I believe should have occurred from the beginning. The senior dentist opted to redo the root canal, indicating that the initial treatment had not been effective. When the issue persisted, I was informed that I would now need an extraction and an implant. I requested a call from management, which took quite some time. When I finally spoke to the manager and shared that an independent dentist felt the original drilling had gone too deep and irritated the bone, I sensed a lack of willingness to address my concerns. I recognize that dental procedures come with risks, but I also think a clinic should be accountable when things go awry. I requested a callback from the senior dentist or a written response regarding my concerns, and I am still waiting.
I recently met a representative who left a great impression on me. I haven’t made any decisions yet as I’m managing for now, but I have a wedding coming up in November. I was curious if getting a new bottom set made of the latest material would affect my existing porcelain ones. Also, I need a receipt for my visit in Dublin with the representative in the summer of 2025.
This was my first visit, and I can honestly say I've never had such a positive experience at a dental office before! I had been struggling with my wisdom tooth for years, and other dentists told me it would require a hospital procedure. However, the dentist quickly assessed the situation and performed a straightforward extraction. Just a couple of minutes later, my tooth was out, and I’m currently healing with no pain or swelling! The understanding and kindness shown towards my situation were remarkable. I will always return for my dental needs. Thank you for relieving me of my pain!
I scheduled an appointment and was asked to pay 100 euros upfront before any work was done. It felt more like they were prioritizing money over patient care. I won't be returning, as this was not my first visit where upfront payment was requested. Avoid this service!
