Had my blinds done last year May. My Bi-Fold doors & kitchen window, we haven’t had any issues with them still perfectly intact and working properly. Very reasonable and they were fitted promptly. Very happy with the product and service provided.

I am extremely suspicious of this…

I am extremely suspicious of this company about EVERYTHING. The company seems almost invisible from Companies house, employees, company accounts, past dissloved companies, membership of trade bodies, insurance backed guarantees, dispute resolution process etc: it had so many warning flags that i decided not to use the company, not withstanding it being the most expensive quote received by some margin. this was the email that i received today from the MD, but if you have already commited to this company i would investigate if he has a "Directors Guarantee" to PERSONALLY back the companies failures. Good Luck, here is his email response to my worries-" It is only a legal requirement if you are a member of a CPS, which we are not, because all the schemes are useless and pointless and just money making schemes that in reality do nothing to protect consumers, the insurance backed guarantees are also useless based on all the reviews I have read, that is why I don’t use them."i hope this gives you some idea of this company
