SCAM!!! PAID 2K DEPOSIT FOR THEM TO FIT INTEGRATED BLINDS AND THEY DISAPPEARED. YOU WONT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE EITHER OBVIOUSLY DESPITE WELL OVER A YEAR OF TRYING. I DREAD TO THINK OF HOW MANY OTHERS THEY HAVE AND WILL DO THIS TOO. STAY AWAY!!!!
Total scammers, don't honour their so-called 10 year guarantee...one of our windows "blew" after a year......initially had a response but now we can’t get hold of them either by phone or email. Currently seeking legal advice, and wil take to court unless Nadim honours the guarantee.
Nadim was our 1st point of contact in getting a quote. We placed an order with him and he saw the whole process through to the end. His attention to detail and customer service was very professional. Always available to answer any questions and always updated us with delivery and installation dates. Overall very pleased with the product as we don't have to worry about dust on the blinds and they look very sleek and modern. Had the blinds installed in my conservatory and kitchen and very happy with the product. Especially happy with the kitchen as we used to get a lot of oil on the blinds from cooking but now with this product we don't have that problem any more as the blinds are encased inside the window.
Firstly I didn’t even want to leave one starCame and fitted integral blinds in my French doors back in April and one of the Frames was faulty. We are now August and no contact and no new unit.This company outsourced the work to ruk glazing in Leicester and the chap is ignoring me, he also broke all the trim around my window in two places so now I’m left with a damaged frame as well as damaged blinds
AVOID NADIM!IMPORTANT: he sold me the products through Leading Integral blinds, which by that point had already been dissolved (I wasn't aware of it unfortunately)This review is the same as the one i have left for RUK Integral Blinds as they are both run by the same people:Nadim and his uncle!After the first few emails (January 2024) he came across as full of himself, his blinds are the best as they don't fail as the rest of the them..I decided to trust him.. mistake!I got the blinds fitted in May/June 2024 and for the first 4 months I was extremely happy with them!Then in August 2024 I spotted the first bit of condensation in one pane.. and from there it went downhill as out of 19 panes, 12 failed (the only ones that haven't failed yet, are not exposed to as much sun as the other ones).I contacted him straight away and for a little bit he played ball promising to replace them in the new year (2025), once again I trusted him.Needles to say I am still waiting for him and have been chasing him by phone, email.. of course no answer!Today I have left some comments under his pictures on Instagram, he got back to me quickly, and then ignored me againNo resolution!!!
